Police say the threats against Mellott created a dangerous situation and he refused to take them down, which led to his arrest.
It’s not believed any other arrests have been made. The states’ attorney says Mellott won’t be prosecuted, but some still wonder what happens to those making the threats. 22-year old Bryton Mellott was put behind bars because he and his coworkers were getting death threats.
